Welcome to the Southeast Minneapolis Council on Learning, a non-profit organization incorporated in March 2003 by representatives from the three neighborhood organizations in Southeast Minneapolis:

• Prospect Park / East River Road Improvement Association (PPERRIA)
  
• Southeast Como Improvement Association (SECIA)
  
• Marcy-Holmes Neighborhood Association (MHNA)
